About Me
My name is Tereza Delphina.
Over the years I’ve studied a variety of metaphysical teachings and tech in the pursuit of truth and a deeper connection to my Self. Although becoming proficient in a wide range of energy healing and energy reading modalities, my biggest break-through came from the work and wisdom of Vicki and Jon Veranese from The I of RA School of Consciousness and Embodiment.
In addition to many things, they taught me about Essence (which is you, all the way back to Source) and how to let it guide and inform me of my own truth. As I began to unlearn everything I had ever been taught, a new understanding of my Self, my reality and my potential opened up.
Even though I have been doing this work for several years, I am continuously developing along with my work as a practitioner. The culmination of my experiences have resulted in I AM Essence Reiki, a service that is designed to help you heal and return to you Self.
Essence Reiki
These healing sessions began in the form of traditional Reiki (channeling Universal Life Force through the laying of hands). These sessions are now based on the principles of The I of RA School of Consciousness and Embodiment and take a form that is unique to me.
Essence: You, all the way back to Source
Essence Reiki: a gentle form of multi-dimensional, hands-on healing that is held and directed by my Essence.
This gentle, non-invasive healing modality is great for alleviating physical ailments, bringing clarity to mental stress, relief to emotional troubles and restoring balance to your health and wellbeing.
The aim of Essence Reiki is to shift all that does not serve you and to restore internal (and therefore external) harmony, enabling you to live your life in greater alignment with who you truly are.
Water Readings
Whether it’s getting closure or getting inspired, having a Water Reading can be a catalyst for your transformation.
Scrying, or ‘seeing’ through, the element of water is my favourite way to read energy.
The purpose of these readings is to get to the core of any issue/situation that may be out of alignment or holding you back in your life. By identifying any blockages and gaining an understanding of the deeper truths they may hold, not only do you begin to better understand yourself and the issue/situation, but you can find solutions you need within them.
These readings can help you get re-focused, re-inspired, and restore your natural confidence in who you are.

I now work from a little studio in Noosa, QLD (address given on appointment). I also open up a week of sessions for when I am in Melbourne every 5 to 6 weeks (March dates coming soon…)

60 min includes a 40-minute Essence Reiki treatment + a 20-minute reading/consultation – $120
90 min includes a 60-minute Essence Reiki treatment + a 30-minute reading/consultation – $150
